Technical:

The 2022 Mount Langi Ghiran Billi Billi Shiraz is sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vineyards throughout Victoria; predominantly the Grampians including a portion from the Mount Langi Ghiran vineyards, home of the iconic Langi Shiraz. 2022 was another relatively mild year in terms of temperatures. Yields were back up above average, and quality was good. Whole berries processed to a combination of large concrete and smaller open-top fermenters, plunged or pumped over three times a day until alcoholic fermentation complete.
